Robin Nathan Photography Blog bio picture

Welcome to my Blog!

I am so happy to spend my career taking pictures and I am thrilled to
share them with you!

I live in Atlanta with my husband Eric, new baby Abby and dog Foster. I moved
to Atlanta promptly after graduating from Syracuse University with a degree in Photojournalism. The sunshine and sweet tea agree with me!

First and foremost, I am a storyteller. I strive to capture honest
and intimate moments between people while staying unobtrusive. I bring
the story together in a tangible form through my slideshows and albums.

Photographs are how we document our past and preserve our memories. I
love capturing life's most important moments: weddings, b'nai mitzvhas
and portraits.

Hope to talk to you soon!

Nishawne and Family | Piedmont Park Portraits

My friend Nishawne and her family are the best sports ever! We had a cloudy cold day (in May?!?! What’s going on with this weather?) and they were game for portraits. They didn’t bail when cloudy turned into rainy and we had to tromp around Piedmont Park with umbrellas. But, no worries, we got the...

Tons of pretty places to take pictures and a great way to spend an early spring morning. Important note, how freaking cute is...

Wendy, Will & Charlie | Spring Family Portraits

I had so much fun taking pictures of my friend Wendy’s family. They are the cutest family and their house is soooo beautiful (Wendy is an interior designer at Sloan Stengel Interiors, LLC.) Charlie was awesome! He spent the first few minutes trying to eat my camera strap, but quickly moved on to flashing tons...

Nelson Family | Winter Family Portraits

More cousins! I’m so lucky to have so much family in Atlanta. This time it was my cousins Hilary and Stuart and their three beautiful girls. It was a chilly afternoon, but the girls warmed up quickly by running around the playground. Kudos to Hilary for finding them such cute dresses. It is always fun...
